VibeWorks AI Studio operates the lead inquiry forms covered by this notice. Contact us about your information at [email protected].

Information we receive

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, business details, and answers to form questions. For forms submitted through Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides the information you submit to us. We also retain the submission date, source, and related correspondence.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss our services, arrange appointments, manage our customer relationships, and assess the performance of our lead-generation activity. Information submitted through a form labeled as a setup test is used to verify our integrations and troubleshoot delivery.

Submitting an inquiry or setup test is not, by itself, consent to receive promotional text messages or automated marketing calls. Where separate consent is needed for an additional use, we will request it separately.

Service providers and sharing

We use GoHighLevel to store and manage lead information. Authorized advertising and operational service providers, including ScaleClients where involved in our campaign, may access information needed to support our lead-generation work. We limit such access to the work they perform for us. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.

Meta processes information under its own privacy policy when you use Facebook or Instagram. This notice describes our handling of the information we receive, rather than Meta's independent handling of it.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain the relevant business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and restrict access to authorized people and providers.

Your choices

You can contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify a requester's identity and retain certain records where required. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

Changes

We may update this notice as our lead-handling practices change. The published notice will show its effective date.
